Chishaayiiyuu services improve the health and well-being of adults over the age of 30 by offering appropriate services in communities, CMCs and MSDCs.

Whapmagoostui, located on the James Bay coast at the mouth of the Great Whale River, is the northernmost Cree community in Québec. The Cree Nation of Whapmagoostui is joined to the Inuit community of Kuujjuarapik.
