What is it?

Nanaahkuu Wiichihiiweukamikw / Multi-Service Day Centre (MSDC) is a place for people to gather, to heal, and to learn. 

The MSDC is a safe and welcoming place where our community members can stay active, spend time with friends, and pursue traditional activities. 

Who is it for?

MSDC programs are tailored to individuals experiencing social isolation, elders, adults with special needs, and individuals with mental health challenges.  Some MSDCs also offer programming for youth. 

Where is it offered?

 Some MSDCs also offer activities to participants which take place outside the building in traditional spaces, or on the land. 

What is the MSDC like?

The MSDCs offer varied activities including exercise, creative art-based activities, traditional activities, and a hot lunch for participants.   

When are MSDC programs available?

Individual activities are scheduled for specific periods and lengths of time.
