Aboriginal people are more likely to have high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes, which puts the Cree at an even greater risk of heart disease and stroke than the general population.

As heart disease and stroke is the leading cause of death in our country, it’s important to understand how you can help prevent these serious illnesses.
