- She specialized in pelvic health physiotherapy at University of Montreal in 2016.
- Nora worked and lived for five years in Waswanipi and changed to a regional position one year later.
- Since then, Nora has been supporting physiotherapists and allied health professionals in Eeyou Istchee while managing health projects.

- Lise graduated in physiotherapy in 1992 from Laval University in Québec. She then studied in pelvic health in 1996 and provided services to women in private settings. In 2003, she joined the CBHSSJB Rehab Team to serve 3 coastal communities.
- Ever since then, she has been dedicating herself to provide a wide range of physiotherapy services to the people of Eeyou Istchee, including pelvic health for women, with a holistic approach.
