Reminder of luggage and passengers' guidelines to ensure a seamless travel experience
We would like to remind all passengers (employees, clients and caregivers) of the luggage and passengers' guidelines for the CBHSSJB flights to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Luggage guidelines
Please note that each passenger is allowed to take:a
- a maximum of 44 lbs baggage
- 1 carry-on item (13 lbs max)
- 1 small personal item (10x12x8 inches)
- Infants under 2 years of age are not allowed checked baggage (excluding child stroller and car seat)
Excess baggage
Excess baggage has to be handled through the cargo service and will therefore be refused. Passengers will have to make arrangements for excess baggage to travel prior to flight date via cargo at their expense on the Air Creebec regular flights

Don't miss your flight!
Please check in at least 60 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Timely arrival ensures efficient boarding procedures and allows for a punctual departure.
Passengers also need to be at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled flight departure. Your adherence to this timeline is greatly appreciated.
