March is Pharmacy Awareness Month
The Cree Health Board is proud to acknowledge the dedicated work of our Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians across Eeyou Istchee.
The Pharmacy Department works closely with physicians and other clinicians to provide the correct medication to our clients. Their line of work requires dedication and precision to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.
The COVID-19 pandemic created new challenges for the team that have continued in 2022. We are proud to acknowledge their contribution to keeping the population safe while being able to provide pharmacy services.
Among the latest improvements, the Pharmacy Department has implemented new state-of-the-art software. Eventually, the new system will include tele-pharmacy services that will allow clients to order medication online.
