Annual Nurses Training
ANNUAL NURSES' TRAINING
The Annual Nurses’ Training is a three-day training addressed to all the nurses in the organization to support their professional development and ensure a standardization of clinical practice. It also provides for an opportunity for all our CBHSSJB nurses to connect.
The upcoming Annual Nurses’ Training will be held on:
- First week: from October 1 to October 3, 2024
- Second week: from October 8 to October 10, 2024
Having the activities repeated for a second week gives the opportunity to a larger number of nurses to be present and ensure a continuity of service on the territory.
The theme of this year training is:
HONOURING DIVERSITY, EMBRACING TRADITION, AND INNOVATING HEALTHCARE
This highlights the importance of diversity in nursing, recognizing the unique contributions and perspectives of nurses from various fields and backgrounds. also emphasizes the significance of honoring traditional knowledge and practices rooted in Cree culture, and integrating them into modern healthcare approaches.
