ANNUAL NURSES TRAINING
The Annual Nurses’ Training is a three-day event designed to support the professional development of all nurses within our organization. It aims to standardize clinical practices while fostering collaboration and connection among CBHSSJB nurses.

To maximize participation and maintain continuity of care across the territory, the training will be offered twice, allowing more nurses the opportunity to attend.

Self-Care for Collective Strength
This year's theme emphasizes the importance of self-care in fostering a resilient and empowered nursing community. It celebrates the diversity within the profession, recognizing the valuable contributions of nurses from different backgrounds and specialties. Additionally, the training will honour traditional Cree knowledge and practices, exploring their integration into contemporary healthcare.
