PSYCHOSOCIAL ANNUAL GATHERING

The psychosocial annual gathering is a three-day training course addressed to all front-line workers in the organization. It has been held for five consecutive years. Our main goal is to support all frontline workers with their professional development and ensure the standardization of clinical practices while building relationships with local management and the communities.

The upcoming Annual gathering will be held on:

  • First week: from October 22 to October 24, 2024
  • Second week: from November 5 to November 7, 2024

The theme of this year's training is:

 HARNESSING OUR LIGHT

We strive to maintain trustworthy relationships and connections and share valuable information and tools that reflect our services. Our main goal is to recognize and support all front-line workers while honouring quality of care, building bridges, braiding the Indigenous world views with clinical standards and facilitating the passage of teaching and growth.
