Whapmagoostui CMC will be operating on reduced services due to a severe shortage of nurses during the entire month of August. Clients must call the CMC for emergencies only.

CMC services are affected. MSDC services will resume as usual.

Please note that the CMC in Whapmagoostui is operating on emergency mode. 

For any life-threatening emergencies (difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, chest pain, seizures, trauma), please call the CMC directly.

For non-emergencies call 811 if you require assistance from a medical expert to assess your health needs.

Non-urgent health information available 24/7.

Walk-ins are suspended. During working hours, please call the medical secretary with your name/phone number and the reason you are requesting to be seen - a nurse will phone you back. 

For our clients outside Whapmagoostui, attending medical appointments, with issues and complaints, call the Wiichihiituwin Client Relations Officer.

If you require medication refills, please contact the pharmacy during regular hours, they will be happy to serve you.
