September 10 is World Suicide Prevention Day
Doris Bobbish talks about suicide prevention awareness.
Today is Suicide Prevention Awareness Day. As the season changes and we prepare for winter, let us continue to heal, hold each other strong and carry forward. If you're struggling, please remember that it's okay to ask for help.

We are asking everyone in Eeyou Istchee to participate in an at-home candle light vigil at 8:00 pm. Please take a moment to light a candle at home for those we have lost to suicide.
If you or someone you know is feeling overwhelmed, sad or anxious, you can get help from your local CMC, police or fire department.
