Chisasibi's Cooking Workshops Aim to Develop Cooking Skills and Interest in Food

Cooking workshops have been running for 18 months from the kitchen of Chisasibi's MSDC, led by CBHSSJB nutritionist Audrée Gilbert. The aim is to develop cooking skills and interest in food. The workshops have been a great success!

Every 2 weeks, groups of 3-8 participants make a healthy and balanced main course with vegetable sides, and a dessert. A recipe and guidance is provided. When the meal is ready, everyone eats together. The nutritionist is always there to share nutritional info and cooking tips. This workshop is given every 2 weeks.
