How is physical activity good for us?

Being active is part of healthy living. It has many benefits for our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

Did you know?

It is recommended that we exercise moderately for at least 30 minutes a day. This can mean:

  • taking a walk
  • going for a run
  • shovelling your driveway
  • playing outside with your kids
