Flu shot appointment in CLIC SANTÉ in 6 easy steps
Click the link to CLIC SANTÉ (at bottom of this page) after you read these instructions.
1. Read the message box that pops up on your screen. When you are done, click CLOSE.
2. Select a location. Scroll down to find the list of communities on the page.
3. Select your community and click CONTINUE
4. Choose the date and time of the appointment you would like. Click CONTINUE.
*Please note that the time of appointment is not a 100% guaranteed – please confirm with your local clinic before if you are time constraint.
5. Complete your booking by filling in the following information:
Type in your basic information.
You only need to fill in the parts that have an asterisk (*).
If you do not have a health card or do not have the number with you, no worries. Your name and date of birth will do. If you do have your health card, please bring it with you to your appointment to help our staff!
6. Click to agree to the Terms of Service and confirm you are not a robot before you can SUBMIT.
Click SUBMIT to finish your booking.
You are done! Thank you for helping your community fight flu!
