To reduce the incidence, mortality and morbidity rates from injuries.
Short description of program
- Injury prevention
- To reduce injuries due to firearms by encouraging proper firearm practices (recurrent each year )
- Reduce vehicle-related injuries (road, off-road and boats), including drownings and near-drownings
- To prevent other injuries related to traditional activities (drowning, injuries in the bush)
This programs aims to protect all the residents of the Cree communities. Collaboration with other local and regional entities is essential to our activities.
