The resonance screening tool for speakers of Northern East Cree is designed to aid in the diagnosis of resonance disorders in the preschool and school-aged Northern East Cree speaking population. The stimulus items are presented as a powerpoint presentation, with one stimulus item appearing per slide. The stimuli probe sheet provided as part of this package provides space for transcription and to make additional notes.

Funding for this project was provided by two successive Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada grants: SSHRC Standard Research Grant #410-2008-0378 (Brittain, 2008-2012) and SSHRC Insight Grant #435-2013- 1297 (Brittain, 2013-2018). The Graduate Student Work Experience Program (GradSWEP) at Memorial University (partnered with the Cree School Board of Québec, Chisasibi) also funded the project in Summer 2012 and Winter 2013. Funding was also provided by the School of Graduate Studies at Memorial University (Graduate Officer funding, 2013-2014).
